Paul Bondonno has spent his life learning to translate — first for himself, and now for others.
Neurodivergent from birth, with dyslexia and autism spectrum traits, he overcame early mislabeling to graduate as valedictorian of his high school and earn a graduate degree in psychology.
He then spent years in special education, rising from volunteer to full-time teacher and developing social-communication curricula that helped grow one program from 12 students to more than 40.
In co-founding the Neurodiversity Translation Bridge (NTB), he brings both lived experience and hands-on teaching expertise to help neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals alike be heard and understood.
Hillary Revell
Hillary Revell has spent her career building bridges — between a creative vision and the finished work that carries it.
For more than two decades, spanning New York City, Los Angeles, and abroad, Hillary worked at the center of the advertising and entertainment industry, translating brands’ and directors' creative visions into finished work. Her work touched some of the industry's most celebrated campaigns, including Nike's Emmy Award-winning "You Can't Stop Us" for Wieden+Kennedy and Apple's "Bounce" for TBWA\Media Arts Lab.
This career trained her to listen closely to someone else's internal vision — often unspoken, half-formed, or communicated in shorthand — and find the process, language, and structure to bring it into the world so that other people could understand and feel it. Every production, at its core, is an act of translation: turning one person's way of seeing into something a wider audience can receive.
That instinct and using these skills in a new way are what led Hillary to co-found the Neurodiversity Translation Bridge (NTB).
